Oh, I forget. Maybe cause jolt on hit would be super powerful on primary and specials? I mean, voltshot is one of the best perks.

There are ways to make it balanced Nobody at bungie wants to put the work in and come up with something And also, if you're dueling powerful creatures voltshot doesn't do anything

You whining about nothing. Jolt is the most powerful of the all effects. You want to nerf it to just have weapon that can jolt on hit? Cause there no other options. Or you want to do something to have jolt? You have joltshot and delicate tomb. And it is pretty easy to gain joltshot while you play arc. And why do you even need that? There are so many powerful arc exotics and legendaries, but you need the one specifically to have jolt on hit. For what?

And what's the problem here? On the void no primary can do that. On the solar there are more exotics can do that, but only polaris lance is actually powerful. Bungie just thinks scorch isn't so powerful. And I agree with that, honestly. Only in this season solar weapons feel so powerful.
