You aren't playing against hackers on console, and even if you did match with some cheaters, they aren't common enough for you to have found so many in an hour. NOTE: Cheater and hacker mean different things. Cheater - anyone who cheats. Hacker - a cheater who modifies game files. Hacking is not possible on console, but other forms of cheating are. Just because you don't understand something doesn't mean cheating was involved. But, if you're positive they were cheating, then you can report them using the videos you took. That's the appropriate action. NOT making generic complaints on the Forum.
