I purchased the PS4 disk Destiny the Collection from Amazon. Inside is the insert with the redemption code for Rise of Iron. The insert shows the code expired in 2018. I did not know codes expired until that moment. I contacted Bungie support and they referred me to here. I'm sure there's an employee at Bungie that can update the codes with a few keystrokes, but I was sent here. Maybe that employee is in the player forums?
