Cross Save has made my account unplayable, basically I am banned
I removed my steam account from cross save and now my PlayStation account is unplayable on my PS5. I would understand if it only prevented the use of my PlayStation account on my PC, but not being able to use My PlayStation account on the PS5 console? I am basically banned from playing D2 for 90 days. I understand that there is a 90 day ban for security, but I should be able to use the account on the original console. Please help

14 Repliesthat's because your steam account was your primary account. you weren't ever playing playstation characters - you were playing your steam characters on your ps5. so when you unlinked your steam account, you removed access to your characters from any other platform you have linked. you'll have to play them through steam for the next 90 days if you want to continue using the same characters. i suggest you carefully read the notices that pop up to warn you of this exact thing when you are managing your cross save settings next time.
