Iron banner ornaments acquired not available!!!!!!!!!
For the past couple iron banners, I have purchased/acquired several ornaments, mostly on my warlock. All items show unlocked in inventory but none are available to use and show locked in the appearance customization.
I even accidentally used synthweave to thinking that's what I was supposed to do.???? This is unacceptable. Please fix this!
