There's a bug with Permeability (Osmosis but for class ability) where if you throw a grenade, the weapon won't register that you have the correct loader mod on to increase reload speed unless you change the loader for the element you swapped the weapon to. Let me describe the scenario:
-Hunter, stasis, void loader on arms
-Optative, the void undying hand canon, with Permeability
-reload is increased with loaders [u](void weapon + void loader = increase)[/u]
-cast class ability, element changes and reload is the exact same with loader [u](stasis weapon + void loader = increase)[/u]
-throw a grenade, reload is the speed as if you didn't have a loader on that matches [u](stasis weapon + void loader + grenade throw = no increase)[/u]
-switch to stasis loader, as stasis is the element change, and the reload is back to how it was before throwing grenade [u](stasis weapon + stasis loader + grenade throw= increase)[/u]
-swap weapons quickly, to kinetic or heavy idk, then back to Optative to stop permeability, the reload is without an increase in speed as stasis loader is on [u](void weapon + stasis loader = no increase)[/u]
I'm pretty sure it's not suppose to do this, like a really weird osmosis effect, I don't have permeability on other weapons so I'm unable to test if this bug is only on Optative. I also tried it with solar equipped and it did the exact same thing. But it is very annoying since I'll essentially need two loaders to have a consistent reloading speed all the time.

Probably because you don't change the weapon to a different gun. Only the damage type. It's just a VOID gun that happens to shoot different colored projectiles....
