Cross play problems
I’m trying to play cross save so I can use my PlayStation account on my Xbox
However on my cross save it says I already have an Xbox profile which is not mine. linked “Player309959222“
I’ve never made another account and I can’t access this / delete it
Any advice?

you can't remove accounts from cross save if you can't authenticate them. you're stuck with it. bungie won't forcibly remove it.
