Dear Lord, Do NOT MATCH ME Against a 6-Stack FROM ACROSS THE PLANET AGAIN
The foul words running amok in my head right now... Half of them had almost half-a-second hit registration and almost never missed snipes because YOU CAN'T FLINCH THEM WITH THAT ABSURD LATENCY.
I do not blame them, but SCREW this damn matchmaking already. If you can't find me someone to match against right away, I'LL WAIT! No need to **** off with my chances so hard!
EDIT: And it tried to match me against them again after a couple of matches. Pretty toxic. That's how you finally get me to leave matches. Me not leaving is a kindness.
EDIT 2: And again. I'm not Chinese. This is going to be some feedback for sure.
Last EDIT: Whoa, this post blew up for some reason. I know what I said in the previous edit, but this wasn't what I was expecting. I really meant it as personal feedback if it kept happening afterwards, but...

2 RepliesTry being in regional Australia. The Aussie playerbase has dropped to almost non-existent, it takes me ages to find matches, it usually times out, but when I find matches it's always with Japanese players. I can't solo queue pvp anymore, pvp is not even an option for me now.

Pvp should be Region locked and then bracketed by ping.

Sometimes pvp just annoys me because it seems that too many people are just cracked at the feel of it It would be nice if bungie could keep them out of there comfort spots sometimes

Quick hint to the SBMM lovers, the companies don't actually try to help you or protect you or make your experience better. Their only intent is to make you stick with the game and spend money. Literally the only reason SBMM exists. Satisfy casuals with easy mode games against other noobs who will never get better to make them spend money on the game. Implementing SBMM in games with a dying playerbase results in excessively long queue times, extremely laggy matchups and unplayably boring games. Every match feels and plays the exact same because you technically play against yourself. But hey, atleast the noobs who will never get better with SBMM and the Bungie investors are happy :)

I solo queued in Trials last week to match a three stack from Tibet??? I didn’t even know there were that many destiny players in Tibet.

2 RepliesYea IB was pretty miserable as usual. Either you get the connection advantage and feel invincible or it's whiffed shots and rubberbanding players. Somehow the system cannot handle a 6v6.

Yeah what's happening right now with this matchmaking and the trash latency. I just did Trials this weekend, and outside of like 2 guys, it was pretty smooth connection wise. Iron Banner starts up and it's like I'm playing against someone who is actually on Mars with how bad the hit detection is. Worst 3 instances where shot a Warlock in the face with Duality and nothing happened and got killed immediately. 12 rounds of Fang of Ir Yut into a Hunter and then he just walks away with 80% health. And my personal favorite, launching my Needlstorm super and have no projectiles.

I mean, when the playerbase is only like 300-500k a day, there's probably not many other people they can match you with. But don't worry. Bungie decided to focus on the few hardcore players spread out all over the world instead of making the game more casual friendly (like CoD, who even after MWIII still has millions of daily players...), so yeah, let's see if it ever gets any better. Because I've heard this complaint since launch.

i think ur issue is playing pvp at all. i dont think ive touched it once this season cuz of how bad and sweaty it is

I ran into the same problem last night game after game with different teams. Multiple five stacks. Both sides had five stacks, but the connection was terrible. I had to quit after I had enough.

Ran about 4 last night and noticed I was dying to what seemed/felt/sounded like 1 bullet. Check to see what kills me, 450 RPM auto. All while I’m pouring bullets into them for their shield to not even break. Another guy is killing me at sniper range with Malfeasance…WTF

Am getting fed up of the gringe little birches usong their pc set up on console… you can tell a mile off that they ain’t using thumbs to play. If they truly need to come into console and drop a 40 kill and finish with 10.0 kd then I really do pity them. Reporting is a joke and you can’t post clips or names because you’ll just be removed.
