Opaque Card Witches Engram (V of Crystals) not awarding engram. Video evidence attached.
I received the Witches Engram V of crystals playing Iron Banner on PC (Steam.) The video shows I have 2 engrams prior to decoding and after I still had 2. I should have had 3 witches engrams. The video I uploaded to youtube video shows the before having 2 and after having 2.
