Please log out of Bungie.net, then log in using your Steam ID. That should log you into your profile that's connected to Steam. Once there, please go to the Settings and then Accounts and Linking and link your Twitch ID there. It created a new profile because you just logged in using your Twitch ID, which wasn't connected to a profile yet. As long as you didn't then link your Steam ID to this profile, it should still be connected to your other profile that has your redeemed codes on it.

  • Ok. So I logged out and logged back in using my Steam credentials. When I went to the accounts linking page, my Twitch account was already linked. Do I need to unlink Twitch and try to relink it? Also, when I was in the settings section, at the top it has the correct "joined" date. So Bungie.net still recognizes this account as having joined in 2021 when I started playing.

Can you clarify what issue you're having? Your Twitch ID is already linked here to Bungie.net on your profile. Is the issue that you're getting an error when trying to link your Bungie.net profile to Twitch Prime for rewards? I know a few days ago there was an issue with Twitch's Prime Rewards linking system. You can try again to see if you can have success this time around. If there's still an issue, you'll want to contact Twitch support concerning a problem linking a third-party website to your Twitch account for Prime Rewards redemptions.

  • My error is that when I linked my Twitch account to my Bungie account, simultaneously it changed my Bungie.net name and I lost all the digital content that I had bought from the Bungie store. When I try to use the code from when I made the purchase initially, I get an error code saying that the code has already been used on another account. I turned in a Bungie Store ticket and got told to pound sand because they can't help with codes that have already been downloaded, so here I am.

  • Ah, okay. While we can't really help you here on the forums, you can send a ticket for the missing things here at the bottom of this article: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360048719132-Guide-for-Bungie-Contest-Emblems . This is a different contact form than the one for BungieStore. This is specifically for the emblems.
