I have been playing destiny 2 on Steam for a long time and have not used the PS platform. Recently, I bought a PS5 and wanted to perform cross platform operations. I found that my account already has a PS account bound to it, but this PS account is not mine and I cannot unbind it without a password. I would like to ask the staff to unbind my unknown PS account so that I can bind it to my own PS account

However, you do not have cross-save set up, which leaves you open to one possibility. [i][b]Note that you will lose any emblems, etc, redeemed by a code to your current Bungie account[/b][/i]. That includes public codes (which you could just add to your new Bungie account) and any one-use codes from Bungie Store. If you can create a throwaway Epic Game Store account, you could do the following, 1 - Link the Epic account to your current setup. 2 - Unlink your Steam account (you need to log into an account that is not the one that is being unlinked, which is why this third account was necessary). 3 - Your Steam account can then be logged into again on the site and it will have a new Bungie ID. 4 - Your PS account can be linked to this, so cross-save can be set up.

Sorry but no. The authentication system is there for security reasons and as such Bungie will not bypass it for any reason.
