Hacker problem escalated and now I'm banned...
I posted about this a couple months ago on the bungie forum and was essentially told "lol , not our problem"
I don't know how but someone has been using my account from an epic games link. They've even gone so far as to attach their steam and twitch links.
They periodically login to my account, use it for Carrie's , I think, and friend request people I don't know.
This morning I woke up to a ban message before I even logged into the character selection.
I'm a D1 vet, I know bands are permanent, but I truly don't know what to do.
Someone hacked into my account, has been abusing it, and I don't know what to do now with my 7 plus years of Bungie commitment and friends I've made along the way.
I have proof. I even have my friends harassing this person as he plays on my account because they know I'm at work.
I tried to get his accounts detached before but I need the passwords and usernames of the accounts that were attached in order to detach them .
So this person has just had unbridled access to my character and all the content I've ever bought.
Someone help please.
I truly don't know what to do and I just want this person off of my account.

You will have to work with the platform to see what can be done to access the account in question. Beyond linking you to the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Support/Troubleshoot?oid=48629]appeal form[/url], the forums cannot assist with bans or restrictions.

[quote]I just want this person off of my account.[/quote] Because cross-save is active and the account is banned, you wont be able to move the account off the Bungie profile. The destiny account is basically a write off now.
