Has anyone come across an issue where cross save isn't syncing properly? My friend activated cross save and set his steam account as his "main" but when he logs into his ps5 he doesn't see the right characters. The name and the 4 digit code is correct, and he's logging into the correct account - which he checked by logging into the cross save website via his ps5 account. Right next to his character name it even says "cross save enabled". Everything says it should be synced but it's just... not. Help?
