Use a Glaive like Winterbite if you have it, or Nezerac's Whisper for the origin trait, or any other Glaive. Then use Void subclass with fragments Echo of Leeching and Echo of Exchange as they work with Glaive Melee. If using Titan, use Synoceps if you have it, or Neocrotic Grips if on Warlock. Melee and grenade everything to death.

Basically gotta go ham and kill things with out about being assisted. It’ll be hard now because it’s basically 1 round matches.

I've seen the medal come up numerous times but it never moved past 2/3 on the triumph. I'm pretty sure I've banked the 75 motes too but I might be wrong there (again, 0 progress)
