Strict/Moderate NAT type, constant disconnections

For the past 4 days I am having constant disconnections, most of the time I get "Contacting Destiny 2 servers" followed by baboon error and then weasel error. I have noticed that my NAT type is moderate and I don't know what to do to change it, I don't know how or why it changed. I am unable to play basically anything for long before I get kicked, tried doing a raid yesterday and I was getting error coded (baboon then weasel) after play anywhere between 5-20 minutes and sometimes a bit longer but still getting kicked. I have a Technicolor router I am very frustrated and I would appreciate any help.
