Using Arbor Warden during a sentinel super replaces your shield throw with a barricade throw. Using the barricade throw will revert your shield throw into your equipped grenade mid-super, allowing you to use doom fang pauldron's instant shield throw regen effect on your equipped grenade via swapping exotics mid super. Hopefully its not too game breaking as it allows you to trade your sentinel super for 4 grenades tops only during the super. Demonstration vid attached :)
