Unlink PSN account and add a new one
Hey guys,
I have lost access to my old psn account (and email) and would like to unlink it from bungie account and link a new one so that all my progress and all purchases remain. For some reason, the unlink button is not active.
Has anyone encountered this problem?

1 Reply[quote] For some reason, the unlink button is not active.[/quote] The button isn't active for the account you have cross-save active, in order to unlink the account you will need to reactivate cross-save and then unlink it - both of those steps will require you to be able to sign into the account. If you cant sign in to the PSN then you cant unlink it and you will need to work with PSN to regain access
