I have only got a few last season and have hit rep 32. I thought that the rep levels were per character not per profile.
Replaying the campaign for my Titan I was disappointed with the lack of red border drops and how it cut out Rohan's funeral on my Titan play-through.
I have not seen a single Round Robin and I assume it is merely a myth, never got it to drop from anything and have two characters complete and at max rep past 32.
