As the title says, currently the helm of saint-14 exotic titan helmet does not provide any benefit to Ward of Dawn (no starless night blinding, no void OS) NOR the bubble made by Edge of Action (no starless night blinding.) I tested it with and without artifact mods enabled, and had a friend try it. For both of us currently the helm does nothing when equipped.
