Did you earn the base title previous to this IB, or if you earned it this event how many challenges did you use for it/have you used all 12 challenges?

I completed 4 challenges but the triumphs show 0/4 And my iron banner triumphs show 11/12

The triumph isnt retroactive, when did you earn the seal? did you use your last set of 4 challenges to unlock the seal this week?
