you need to look at trials matchmaking I'm matchmaking people on 7 wins on my 3rd win

Blame yourself not matchmaking. Players continue to pretend that they had no hand in their losses.

They run through us pretty easily and we get 2-5. Reset our cards and try again. Get a nice streak going and 6 wins no losses. On our 7th game we once again match against this midde eastern fart machine. We lost 2-5.

I've played since around Season of the Splicer. I don't do a TON of Trials, but I dip in now and then. I HAVE NEVER had matchmaking this bad. I have been curbstomped left and right. I've had several games where no one on my team got a SINGLE. KILL. Not one. I GET having some losing streaks, but at this point it's like I'm on a middle school basketball team and Bungie has decided to consistently match me against the Harlem Globetrotters. I don't know WHAT Bungie did to their matchmaking setup for Trials this season but for the love of God, please revert it.

7 RepliesTo me MM is not my issue Bungie need to address the Titans "Towering Barricade" problem it's really annoying and straight up ruins pvp period it makes you feel like you fighting a boss in pvp and when they spam it more so it gets out of hand especially on a team full of titans in trials and also why the reason why you don't see Rally Barricade hardy never used It needs some optional pvp adjustments * Barrier degrades overtime and gets smaller *Lower barrier heath more *Decrease barrier active timer *remove from resilience and put in recovery Rally Barricade *Increase barrier heath

8 RepliesAs good as it has been for me, (been facing mostly players of my skill level), NO-ONE should be squaring up to a Flawless without being one themselves. People should not just have gotten their card, and loaded in to see a flawless glow on the opposition on the first match.

2 RepliesHonestly, I feel like they should probably look at PVP entirely. But, they don’t need to they already have our money lol. The game mode itself is bad. There is zero loot incentive unless you are able to string 7 together. A game mode with roughly 20% success rate (flawless). Doesn’t seem very inciting to new players or old players. Idk just my thoughts.

Yeah it used to be solely card based. But it appears now it is 100% random. No skill based. No connection based. Card based? Yeah no. I literally won flawless 7th games against people on their 2nd or 3rd win... I have like 1600 matches in D2 and D1 and I haven't seen card based since trials of the 9. Not once was I matched up with someone with the same amount of wins. I think they added flawless pool and figured that was more than enough alone.

I thought after Saturday the flawless thing is turned off? Why am I still going up against 3 teamed people with no losses? Played 3 matches and noped right out

Match making in destiny has always been -blam!- until they added SBMM, then it was removed because people were actually having to play at their skill level, mainly streamers and content creators, and it was to hard. So they made "loose sbmm" which theres no such thing, still tears, so they removed it all together and put CBMM back in which is probably the most idiotic mm for a "competitive" mode to begin with. I dont wanna hear no FBMM -blam!- either, thats shits faker than the mfer who came up with it and it is in no way, shape, nor form an ACTUAL mm system and they should have been absolutely laughed at and ridiculed for even suggesting something so -blam!- stupid So now all Trials and Comp will ever be is a joke 🤷♂️ CBMM ≠ Skill, never has never will, just leads to heavily lop sided matches.

4 RepliesYes, I did not even bother. Only 1 game was worthy of an attemp, after that I hard booted and black screened Destiny. Not gonna waste time on another golden 💩carrot weapon because some streamer said go get it. Seems like PvP is going to take way more effort to fix.. EFFORT, what you put in is what you get out, 💩in 💩out

Idk if you’ve played comp yet this season (dont wanna assume) but its like that there too. I was on my Promotion series (gold<Platinum) and my team mates played like (and their play time showed it) like they’ve never played more than 10 matches of crucible in their life. Meanwhile the enemy team is absolutely stacked with pvp gods. It’s ridiculous. Sbmm should be in competitive modes like ranked and trials. Id much rather matchmake for 2-3 minutes to find an evenly skill matched game, Versus 10-15 seconds of match making for an absolute 💩 stomping on either end. Ive always, and always will be a pve main, but even I can tell that crucible has been shunted to the way side ever since release.

2 RepliesFor me, the teammates I am getting are horrible. I can't get passed 3 wins. I def can hold my own and have flawless many, many times. It has been like this for 3 seasons now.

1 ReplyMatch making is not the only problem. Starting the pool on Sunday is. Half PvP gods play on Friday and Saturday and the other half camp until Sunday. Gate keeping the average players it was meant for. Should get rid of the pool. Especially when they introduced it when they redid the rewards. Didn’t even give it a chance and decided to move it to Sunday. The reward structure is so bad that there is simply not enough average players in the mode. They need give adept weapons out because this mode is done for without average players
