Are the raids powerful drops?
Was wondering if anyone knew, are any of the raids dropping powerful gear? i know the weekly raid final boss gives a pinnacle. I want to know if any/all raids are offering powerful gear...i remember last year DSC was giving powerful gear when witch queen launched.
