Radiant not stunning barriers?
Just a question and to inform as far I am aware when radiant you can pierce barriers but can I get a clarification if you have overload smg and proc radiant I though you could pierce barriers but not stun overloads until it goes away with an smg unless that is not possible and the artifact overrides this.
Please clarify, I was using Submission(Adept) on Hunter

This is happening for me but with void volatile rounds against anti barrier champions. I'll have volatile rounds active but no damage is dealt to the barrier's shield.
