Unlink suspended account
I haven't logged into my Xbox account in 7 years and it got suspended at some point
I'm trying to activate cross save so I can play on my ps5 instead of my pc but I can't because I can't authenticate or unlink said xbox account since I have to log into it

1 ReplyHi there! If your account is suspended and you cannot log into it, you will not be able to activate Cross Save. You will need to contact XBOX Support for further assistance on this matter.
