That is because you then activated cross save. Seasonal content is linked to you characters that you started on without cross save enabled.

Due to how Season Passes are applied to player accounts and characters, it's not possible to refund them or transfer them to another account.   • he's not making things up. if OP purchased deluxe on steam and logged in then setup cross save with PS using PS as the save, then the seasons were attached to the steam characters and not the PS characters. seasons work on all platforms, yes, but only with the characters they were attached to when purchased.

  • ALL purchases are tied to the account not the characters. It's all there in your settings on bungie website & app. You 2 are the same person, stop replying to yourself ;)
