Strict nat message when logging in

hello, Last week I started playing destiny 2, and there was no issue at all. last night I logged in and noticed there was a strict nat type message. I searched how to fix it and nearly all of the people said that I should port forward. problem is that I don't have enough knowledge about it and don't know what to change. In my internet setting the only option I have is virtual server. Is it the same as port forwarding? and if it is, I included a link to the picture down below so hopefully someone could tell me what to type in the boxes. Thanks in advance!

  • Hi there! If you have not made any changes to your network configuration when this happened, then most likely the issue is that your router did not release the ports correctly. Please restart your router. Unplug it from the power source, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Please note that, due to the complexity of setting up port forwarding rules and how each manufacturer does port forwarding, there really is no way to provide accurate assistance in doing so. You would need to refer to your router's user manual to determine how to do so.
