Crucibles dead. They're too scared to make it feasible for normal people to get rewards. Which also makes grinding for God rolls pointless. They could just make adepts and cosmetics have a chance to drop from trials wins at 7 wins and fix it all but the 5 scumlord super sweats will cry about it and Bungie doesn't want to get yelled at by those babies.
