Buff Warmind Cells
Since IKelos weapons are recycled and Rasputin is the main theme, how about tweaking & buffing Warmind cells Bungie?
Give us more incentives Bungie, please.
Edit: feels like a missed opportunity of improving something that’s already there and synergize it with the main theme

They need buffed but not to the ridiculous levels they were at originally. It feels weird for them to bring back the ikelos weapons but have the cells remain worthless
