Buff Warmind Cells
Since IKelos weapons are recycled and Rasputin is the main theme, how about tweaking & buffing Warmind cells Bungie?
Give us more incentives Bungie, please.
Edit: feels like a missed opportunity of improving something that’s already there and synergize it with the main theme

Forget Warmind Cells. Bungie did. Wanting them to come back only makes it worse. And this is from someone who loved them.
