ISSUE: Shader Error with the Crown of Tempest Ornament "Sovereign Signal".
REPRO STEPS:
1. Equip the Sovereign Signal exotic ornamnet for the Crown of Tempest.
2. Apply any shader in the game to the armor piece.
ACTUAL RESULT: The Crystal part of the helmet ends up having a matte leather-like texture.
EXPECTED RESULT: It's default look is of a crystal, and I assume it's supposed to be textured as a metallic surface normally.

A video i uploaded to Twitter demonsrating how it looks. There are a few images in the replies making further comparisons as well.

NOTES: The crystal section of the helmet is consistantly textured in the same way as leather surfaces on armor pieces when a shader is applied. In both the normal version and the other ornaments for this armor piece the Crystal part of the helmet is unaffected by shaders. I have no way of knowing if this is how it's supposed to look but i feel like it looks strange enough to warrant making a post pointing it out.
