The only way to remove an account is to log into it. If you can't log into it, you won't be able to remove it. This is for security reasons. Bungie is unable to remove accounts, only we can.

No, it's not. You must be able to log in so you can verify you are the owner of said account otherwise anyone could remove accounts. This is all for security reasons. -
I can log into my bungie account I can provide them my details my number my address my billing details I'm trying to unlink an account that clearly isn't mine so I think it is pretty ridiculous, if that's the case if logged into your account and added a random system on there you'll never be able to unlink it sounds pretty ridiculous right

Bungie does not have access to any private information associated with a platform account. As another user said, Bungie will not remove accounts for any reason whatsoever.
