Greetings, this is a different kind of post. It's not a rant, it's a suggestion... Legend lost sectors suck to grind. We all agree. Earning the exotic that you want from the loot pool feels like trying to find an exotic engram in an ocean of piss. No one wants to swim through an ocean of piss. For example, I would like a better stat roll on my hunter stasis gauntlets, the renewal grasps. To get a roll I would actually want, not only would I need to wait for a specific time, I would also need to get lucky. Lucky enough to make me believe that the grace of God had suddenly graced me with his presence and gifted me with something from his personal collection. It should not be like this. I earned it once, that should be the end of it, but it's not... What if we added glass needles back to the game? Ten needles, an ascendant shard and 50k glimmer to reroll the armor stats of an exotic. I'd do that! Make it so the re-rolled Stat total is guaranteed to be considered a salivating, desirable roll. One - 2 glass needles are guaranteed to drop for legend. 4-5 for master. Keep the exotic drop chance the same and I feel like we have a very balanced quality of life adjustment.
