Of course it’s about money. When a company adds a feature and it involves paying it when it was not there before, then it’s really about the money. If it’s not about the money, then the option of paying for it would not even be there.

Another bad takes from you that you have no clue about because you never played the game 😂 Transmog is 100% free for most players ...when it got release you got 10 free piece ,and with each season you can get 10 more(per character )doing bounty Nobody buying them from eververse... Most people haven't done half the bounty this season cause they got all they wanted unlocked already and are full in the materials needed And also most used piece for transmog are universal ornament from the shop and the pass...which are already ready to be used as transmog with no cost Play the game if you gonna keep trying to talk against it

Hence, it’s still about the money. That’s what OP is trying to say. Not mine. You can change appearance anytime using gained ornaments back then before they added this limit and paid option. If it’s not about the money, then don’t put it there.

The moment you dropped armor/weapons on Diablo 3 you unlocked the transmog and to apply said transmog the only thing you spent was "gold", if it was Destiny, Glimmer. AEONS better than "grind said activity X ammount of times, get 100 of this thing, turn into this other thing that is Class-locked an use it to unlock a single piece of armor. Oh, you also can only get 10 per class per season, so you better go grind". Yeah, Diablo 3 released with the Auction House that players hated. And they removed it. Eververse most players complained. To the point that Bungie "justified" it being necessary since "it would fund free updates like the April update in Destiny 1". Skip to today and the EV has the most focus of the whole game and the biggest inventory of all vendors. "Diablo Immoral" is a cashgrab. A watered down version of Diablo 3 with the single point of nickel and diming players. Yes, Diablo 3 is old. Very Old. From May 2012 to be precise. But also is Ocarina of Time, Chrono Trigger, Soul Reaver, Symphony of the Night, Final Fantasy VII and many other games that made improvements to the gaming world. The fact that something is old doesn't mean we should completelly discard it, quite the opposite. Devs should learn what worked on "old games" and improve on it. The only thing that have improved latelly is the ways to reach people's wallets.

The choice of look is poor in Diablo 3 That's what I meant Also old game that had lots of other issues Like the day 1 auction house or the fact you had to re buy entirely to "upgrade" from ps3 to ps4

If you compare it to today's graphics, yeah. The looks are "poor", but doesn't change the fact that the system was good. You speak of "an old game that had lots of other issues" like if D2 doesn't have any issue. Like public events bugging out, mobs "warping unintendedly"... Hell, Spire of stars was bugged with it's sound disappearing from launch until it was vaulted... About having to buy it again, I can't say 100%, but if I'm not mistaken, if you upgraded from Destiny 1 from PS3 to PS4, you had to purchase the game again (at least the disc). Not to mention, that D2, before going "fake free", you had to buy the game and DLCs if you upgraded from a console to PC. Even when it was on Blizz's storefront.
