I can't join anyone, and can't be joined

Everytime I try to join a player the game complains about my Moderate NAT. (even when I try to join myself on a computer in the same subnet. According to https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049496751 it should not be a issue. I assume this is due to the current maintainence, because this has NEVER been an issue for me ever until now. Can anyone tell me if my suspicion above is correct, and if this will be a problem with all the next releases or is just a temporary thing. EDIT: I should also say, that I am behind double nat. I control the router for first nat, and the second nat I do not and CAN'T under any circumstances control.

So I temporarily bypassed my own router, so I disabled double nat entirely (to only single nat) and still have this issue. Destiny 2 still reports Moderate NAT. I do not know what to do now. I could try and forward all ports destiny uses via ssh to a bounce server on the internet (and encapsulate udp packets in tcp packets locally, forward the tcp port, and unencapsulate the tcp port). I know forwarding udp is a massive pain (and difficult to do properly and transparently), and I do not want to get banned for network manipulation (since I can play all activities the game lets you play solo). If I only need to forward tcp connections, I can do that with ssh no problem, but udp will be a challenge. (I tried to forward udp before, and it did not go so well) EDIT: I could try this, but just setting up OpenVPN is complicated enough for me. I tried once, and could not manage to make the server work. Other than that I can talk to my ISP and open tickets, but I do not know what to write (except maybe that I want all the ports in https://bungie.net/nat in the pc section forwarded to me. Just asking that is a big nono for me tho). Can anyone tell me, why moderate nat is suddenly a problem for me? I can connect and play just fine. Everything works, except playing with other people. Edit: Is there a type of shadowban, where you just can't play with players anymore? That would actually make the most sense to me.

There is no maintenance currently happening and NAT issues are on your end. Please see the information below taken from the link you provided:
Moderate NAT: Most network connections are allowed between the platform and other players, but some connections may be blocked.
You will need to open your NAT to be able to play with everyone.
