“Better” is subjective. Bungie is terrified of power creep, and being able to equip two exotic weapons and/or two exotic armors would definitely creep our power up. Would it be fun? Sure. Though people used build crafting would become even more invincible, soloing GMs, and delivering one shot kills to the Bosses. It’s just not going to happen. Not unless Bungie adds a whole new difficulty around equipping more than one at a time.
