There is no cross platform voice chat you can only hear xbox players, someone on a different eco system will not be able to chat its the same on ps5 we can only chat with ps players and same with pc can only chat with pc players. They really didn't think this cross platform play through properly. But it's the same on alot of other games.

But everyone else on my fireteam can hear him and he can hear them. Its just me and him who can't seem to hear each other. That's why I'm so confused.
