Give warlocks an exotic to convert their chaos reach damage into an electric javelin that you can throw and stick an enemy with. I only say this because it would be easier than fixing damage numbers/ reworking a whole new super. Also the super wouldn't take up a whole damage phase and after thrown you can immediately go back to DPS. Or Give the chaos reach extended exotic an extra debuff. Like while chaos reach is damaging a combatant all arc weapons gain a .XX damage multiplier.
