Destiny 1 Tapir Error code

Like others, I have encountered the tapir error code when trying to sign into Destiny 1 after linking my Epic account yesterday. Since I use cross-save and just bought some silver on my PSN account, I cannot deactivate cross-save to unlink the Epic account as a possible solution for the next 88 days. Please address this.
