I sorry to hear that dude, but look on the bright side, atleast you didnt break something worse. I had four fractures in my lower back due to stress from backpacks, but im okay now, i have no grudge, ptsd is a serious thing and not to be messed with, but i hope you can recover and ride bikes one day without any worries, that is if you like to ride bikes.

Yeah I really did like it back before my injury, my work is within biking distance so I hope I can work up the nerve one day and get back into the groove

Well i support you dude, and also one thing, electric bikes are cool, but i suggest a normal one, they feel better in the long run and i have had some problems with electric ones in the past. One good way to get used to something again is (in my opinion), doing it with someone else, cycling with someone else to me is more fun and allows you to forget that you are on a bike, you and someone else are just vibing. But ease back into it, but whatever you do i support you, from one guardian to another.
