PC players should be able to opt out of crossplay if they so wished. Period.
Now hear me out. I'm not trying to start console wars or sound like I'm some kind of PC elitist but objectively speaking, as well as looking at stats after the games, console players always lag behind PC players. Fewer kills, smaller contribution, slower loading times, slower movement. If I get a team full of PC players in Bonfire bash I can finish it a good 2 minutes quicker than a run with only console players. I know there are quite a few console players who can beat the average PC player in terms of kill count and contribution but still, I'd rather not have to head into every activity thinking my time spent in that activity will depend on who I match with. Give us the option to opt out of crossplay in PvE for PC players.

It's quite comical these posts have console players coming out of the wood works saying "aaah actually the best players I've seen on pve are console players" But then when you say ok let's turn on full pvp crossplay. They immediately freak out and say "omg omg pc players are better and we don't stand a chance and the cheaters (anyone better than then)."

10 RepliesAs someone who plays on PC and console, I'd say the overall skill between platforms is almost identical. There are lots of terrible players on both platforms, and there are lots of no lifes on both. However, your point still stands that crossplay shouldnt be forced on PC still. One console player in a PC game will ruin the experience for everyone, just like it does in console lobbies when xbox goes against PS.

Good idea, because we console players dont want to hold you PC players back. They should make a D2 just for PC players so they can go all out 🙃
