As nice as a PvE incentive would be for the MIDA tools some weapons within the Destiny universe have the strengths and weaknesses. More specifically, certain weapons excel in PvE, some in PvP and a handful in both. With the release of new seasons and content older weapons can often find new life with the addition of buffs, seasonal artifact mods and the inclusion of new exotic armour. I'm not sure MIDA multi will see much PvE viability but the newly released mini tool has become a staple within scorch builds. Unfortunately not all guns are born equal.
