Cross save from PlayStation to xbox
Hi I'm hoping someonecan help me I have tried everything and don't know what else to do. I am currently trying to enable cross save from my PlayStation to my Xbox as I can no longer access my PlayStation account. I am logged in to the destiny 2 mobile app and when click on the cross save button it takes me to bungie.net and asked me to sign in to PlayStation which I can no longer access I have nearly 8 year of memories with my account and I'm starting to freak out and nearly cry as I don't want to lose all my hard work in Destiny over nearly 8 years. I've spoken to PlayStation and they cannot help me so I'm posting in these forms hopping I can getting help please if you can help me I would be greatfull beyond belief

Bungie cant help you get access to your PS account, only Playstation support can do that.

If Sony is unable to assist you in recovering your account, then you will not be able to set up Cross-Save with it. You must be able to authenticate to each account linked to your Bungie.net profile in order to enable Cross-Save.
