I have a compulsive reloader/chill clip deliverance that's pretty fun
It's not a bad perk, there just aren't alot of weapons that can really benefit from it

That sounds like a really fun combo! Yeah that’s where I feel it does well with special weapons or basically HAS to be alongside a suitable perk on a primary in PVE if there is one... I mean Subsistence does it better 10/10 times. That’s a mean drop though!
