Nightfall weapons drop rate hard nerf ??
Hi guys, i think the drop rate of the weapons nightfall rewards are rly rly nerf, im playing guardian games Nightfall, and moon Nightfall in Master since yesterday morning, and i got 1 weapon... Since yesterday, am i the only one ? Or its the same for you ?
(During the first week of guardian games, i loot the rocket luncher every single nightfall i did)

Since they change the NF to Scarlet Keep I haven't seen any NF weapon drops at all for about 15 runs in training playlist. Seems like broken or something...

What is your definition of Common, bungie? Multiple runs in Comp playlist - not a single NF weapon drop. Not asking for adept, but not a single pali or plug 1?

This was the worst idea Bungie ever have conceived this season. At least they could have let the Birthplace run til the end of season, most players knew that level and it was pretty quick and FUN! Having your entire fireteam wiped 10X, because some fkkhead at Bungie felt sick at the notion that people actually had some fun and needed to increase the torture on the players just to feel good, makes me wanna 🤮 There must work some really sick and twisted people @ Bungie. And what's up with Vorpal?, what's the difference between that and some other weak fkking weapon? Not weapon, TOOL, my garden shovel does more damage! All these rolls and the weapons do not even dent their shield nor hurt them. Bungie has lost all their marbles, 100% fact!

4 RepliesI’ve done 6 GMs this week trying to get a decent Pali and have had 4 fusions and 2 terrible Palindromes. It’s frustrating that they are removing a weapon from rotation but have paired it with another gun that isn’t being removed but seems to drop more frequently. Not to mention the sniper was dropping at first.

1 ReplyI don't mind doing GMs but this one can be a pain because it's basically 25-30 minutes and it can be really easy to wipe on the boss especially with a LFG team, basically making you waste half an hour. Idk maybe I'm getting older but after a 30 minute run it's hard to grind something again so long and tedious over and over again. Maybe if it was like 10-15 minutes it would be bareable. I mean I thought there was supposed to be double drops this week that was some good incentive. What happened? To make things worse we have guardian games going on, trials last week of shayuras and messenger which are basically the best guns in their archetype. To much going on not enough time.

If your not doing master or grandmaster, nightfall weapons are not supposed to drop often. If they were, you can bet they fixed it to try to entice people to form a team for higher difficulty levels.

They constantly do this. They stealth nerfed every drop rate. Legend lost sector drop rates are as laughably low aswell. They just try to keep the streamers busy and the neckbeards aswell. The hamster wheel doesn't move itself.

2 RepliesThey do this on purpose when it comes to pali and they almost always have it dropping with another weapon making it near impossible to get 12 1550's here and only one Plug 1..all champs dead completed a few gm's to get plug1 's and that's it awesome stuff Bungie

7 RepliesThe way loot is distributed in this game is terrible all around. Did my fourth or fifth VoG clear last night and still haven't seen a single Mythoclast, or any other exotic, drop at all for anyone ever. Bungie you call this "raiding"??? Didn't any of you ever play World Of Warcraft or anything? Something good needs to drop EVERY DAMN TIME!!! Freaking amateurs.....

2 RepliesYou are the 14th person I seen to say this. Everyone else has done over ten nightfalls and gotten zero weapons. The past nightfalls dropped weapons almost every run. It must be bugged just like the fact Palidrome wasn't originally dropping like it was supposed to.

Just an idea - if they had a way to add a small drop chance % boost for NF weapon based on the difficulty level when you don’t get a drop it would help decrease bad RNG frustration. If grinding it would make the player feel like they got something (a % boost) even if they didn’t get a weapon drop - kind of like what they did with raid exotics

I’ve run a variety of guardian games, masters and legend night falls at least 10 times and have gotten zero drops. It’s honestly insulting

2 RepliesRNGesus was not with me yesterday. got 1 plug and 1 pali and i farmed all day. Got a horde of useless exotics and enough prisms for a pink floyd show, but only 2 weapons. Even the GMs have been lacking for me.

3 RepliesPlayed 13x1550 GG and it gave me 1 plug one, but am farming for the Palindrome. Got 3 Exotics to, but that are duplicates that i already own. It said "Nightfall weapon common" wondering howlong it takes when they are uncommon. So yeah, something isnt right with the droprate. After that i played VoD and that gave me way more in lesser time, that made getting no GG weapon drop a bit lichter. Not sure if i am going to farm the Palindrome for rolls again this week for tha last change before it rotates out.
