1. Stop making multiple posts it does not help. 2. It means thd Ninjas found reason to stop you posting on that forum page. If you want to question the reason do a search for "Ninjas" on Bungie.net or the Destiny app and look in the guide Bungie has covering Ninjas and Mentors which contains a contact link.
