Can't Leave/Disband Old Clan

Hi Everyone, Looking for some help here. I'm returning to the game after a long hiatus with some friends on Steam. I noticed I was in an old clan (not the clan I'm referencing now, this was a clan I was in on Steam only) that was no longer active and left. I saw you needed to set up clans on the companion app so I downloaded it, and I saw that way back when D2 first launched, I originally purchased on Xbox, and that old clan still existed from almost 5 years ago. I attempted to leave the clan on Xbox, but it keeps erroring out. I noticed that I didn't have any characters associated to my Xbox account anymore. Thinking that this may be the reason I couldn't leave, I enabled Cross Save with my Steam as the Master, but it doesn't appear to have taken any affect. I would just keep the Clan, but it's an old name with some not-so-good memories attached to it due to a falling out, and if the chance to change the name was there, I'd just do that, but in lieu, I was just gonna start a new clan fresh. Just looking to get some help on removing myself/deleting the clan, as I'm the only member now in it and just want to start a new one with a new name, with some new people to play with. Thanks for any help!

Please log into the website using your linked Steam ID, not your XBL ID. You have Cross-Save enabled with your Steam ID as the active account. As such, any changes made to clans and the like will be through your Steam ID login. If you didn't leave the clan from your XBL ID prior to enabling Cross-Save, you'll need to message the Founder or one of the Admin with a request to kick your inactive XBL ID from the clan. You'll be unable to do so yourself while Cross-Save is active, since you cannot tinker with clans on the XBL ID side of things. Please note, if you choose to go the extra mile and disable your Cross-Save in order to leave the clan yourself, you will have to wait 90 days before you can reenable Cross-Save, so I do not recommend doing so unless you understand and accept that. - It would be helpful if you could clarify what error you were receiving when trying to leave the clan, as just saying it was 'erroring out' doesn't give us any information to help with. Also, you have no save data for Xbox on Destiny 2, so you would see no characters on the Bungie.net website or the companion app for Destiny 2. Bungie.net and the app do not show characters from Destiny 1 anymore. That's the only reason you didn't see any characters for your XBL ID. - Can you link to the clan you're having an issue with?
