"Heavy Handed" Charged with Light Mod not working
"Heavy Handed" literally does nothing except use your stacks of Charged with Light when using a charged melee, at least when using the new Titan Behemoth's Shiver Strike melee. None of my ability energy would regenerate upon consuming a stack of Charged with Light, making the mod useless. Please fix this, Bungie.
