CONNECTION RESTRICTED

Hi, i am banned for unstable connection again for 2 month although I have a fluid and excellent thing: - 1000 mbps of download, - 300 mbps of upload, - 2 jitter - 5 of ping, - Nat open, - 0 packet loss. I have always played destiny since day one, and never had connection problems, as the game says, in this last month. I would like to understand why destiny thinks i have unstable connection while on other games i have no problems. I have received these bans since they have implemented crossplay and not only have I suffered these bans, a large list of people I know, and in turn with a very good connection, have received warnings of possible restrictions for no reason. I would like you at bungie to re-evaluate your connection evaluation and detection system and I think 99% of these bans are due to people reporting randomly and therefore the bans are automatic and without really ascertaining whether the reported result is unstable or not. I hope you can at least use the tools necessary to ascertain what you are doing to me and beyond. I do not think it is a coincidence that many people are undergoing numerous bans of the same type without a real reason.

 • Hi there, Your account has been restricted from matchmaking against other players for 2 months, beginning October 11th, due to extremely poor connection stability that was negatively impacting other players' experience. Specifically, we have repeatedly detected extended periods of delayed networking responses to other players. We initially sent you an in-game warning about your connection's extreme instability in August which provided suggestions for how to fix the issue. You also received a 2 week restriction in September, along with another in-game message explaining why you were restricted. I have confirmed that you acknowledged these messages by dismissing the message window. Your restriction has been reviewed and will be upheld. To learn how to improve your connection stability by reducing latency and packet loss, please carefully read this page in our Network Troubleshooting Guide: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13603
For more information about our Bans and Restrictions policies, including how to officially submit an appeal, visit https://bungie.net/bans

Topics receiving replies from this account are automatically locked, because we have found the majority of replies to these threads break the Code of Conduct regarding personal attacks, harassment, or violations of privacy.
• https://twitter.com/9894Gobbo/status/1448622480013373443 Same problem here, I've played destiny since day one and I've never had problems. They introduced cross-play and I got 2 weeks restriction due to poor connection quality. My connection is fast and stable and I've never been affected by lag or disconnections (Even inside 6v6 playlists). You can see the checks I've done with speedtest.net and packetlosstest.com on the previous link. I also have submitted a ticket through the contact form but they didn't care. Please Bungie, do something about this situation. BTW we are paying for a season that we cannot play.
