Pretty sure PC has Speech to Text programs that can listen to game chat for that.
Xbox One has Speech to Text baked in.
Settings->Accessibility->Game and Chat Transcription->Speech-to-Text.
Not sure if PS has it.

psn has one but i think its only on ps5 i dont remeber how but you can pull up a side menu of you voice chat that will take up screen space but it does show a transcript. it is normally messed up though/

Yep PC certainly does (with some hilarious results when it’s not working) as for Xbox I’ve honestly no idea that was a thing since it’s not spoken about in some of the deaf gaming community’s I’m in. (More research required) Sadly you’re right about PS, might be an update for the ps5 in the future.
