In-game chat not working

Just hopped on to test the recently enabled in-game chat for crossplay with a couple of clanmates and we weren't able to get it to work. 2 of us were on PS, 1 on PC. I could hear each of the others (1 PC, 1 PS), but they could not hear me. Neither of them could hear each other either. The game registered voice activity (mic icon lit up next to each of our names while speaking), but no audio passed back to the other players.

  • Unsure if this will help folks, but I think a lot of people (myself included) are dealing with this problem due to using third party headsets (TB / Astro / Etc), the audio troubleshooting page shared below has a tucked in little notice in the known bugs section: [quote]Xbox players will need to use an Xbox Certified headset in order to successfully connect and participate in voice chat.[/quote] So, currently it looks as if for a lot of us, it's just a waiting game.
